The purchaser of Profumeria Arma Doré products may unconditionally withdraw from the purchase contract under the following conditions:
– The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 business days of receiving the goods by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

Profumeria Arma Doré will refund the purchaser the amount paid for the purchase of the products (excluding the costs incurred for returning the goods). Shipping costs are not refunded. The following information must be provided with the notice of withdrawal:
– Invoice number and date;
– In the case of partial withdrawal, the description and quantity of the products to be returned;
– Bank details for the refund.
The buyer who has exercised the right of withdrawal must return the goods (in whole or in part) via ordinary postal parcel within 14 days of receiving them.
The refund will be made using the chosen method and free of charge within 14 days of the return of the goods, subject to verification of their condition.
Specifically, the returned product must:
– be intact;
– have not suffered any damage;
– still be in its original packaging.
GUARANTEE
All products we sell are covered by a “Satisfaction Guaranteed” (Satisfaction Guaranteed).
If they are defective or do not correspond to the description, in accordance with Legislative Decree 22/05/99 no. 185, Application of the Right of Withdrawal, they must be returned, in perfect condition, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
