Payment Method
Profumeria Arma Doré offers customers three different payment methods: PayPal/Credit Card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Aura, PostePay Evolution), Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, and In-Store Pickup.
PayPal (RECOMMENDED)
Immediate payment allows for immediate shipment. A leader in online payments, PayPal allows anyone who registers for free to send (and receive) money securely via their email address. You can link your account to a credit card, prepaid card, or bank account. This payment system is considered very safe and reliable because transactions can be made without sharing card details with the final recipient. If the customer chooses to pay directly by credit card, the payment will be managed and secured directly by PayPal. If the ordered products are in stock in our warehouse, orders paid by PayPal or credit card by 1:00 PM will be shipped within 24-48 hours within Italy. This does not apply to the Rome area within the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA), where orders can be received by 6:00 PM the same day. Please note that a €10.00 storage fee will be charged directly to the customer if the recipient is not present after the second delivery attempt.
Bank Transfer
This is the slowest method and is not recommended if you want to receive your order quickly. Simply make a bank transfer to the following IBAN: IT 12W3608105138225494225511
PLEASE NOTE: The order number assigned to the purchase and the date of the transfer must be clearly indicated in the transfer description.
B: Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed once the transfer has been credited to our account. The transfer typically takes 2-3 days.
Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on delivery incurs a €10.00 surcharge. Please note that a €10.00 storage fee will be charged directly to the customer if the recipient is absent after the second delivery attempt.
